Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise .
We carefully inspect every gown before shipping it, however customer has 24hrs after delivery to report any damaged or defective items.
To start a claim, you must email us: customerservice@bonit-bridal.com to obtain a Return Authorization number within 24 hrs after you received your order. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number. Return your item(s) within two days after receiving a return authorization to avoid restocking fees, and make sure you use insured UPS or FedEx for safe receipt. We will not be responsible for any lost items.
Sizing:
All of our dresses are sized in US sizes according to each designer's specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart to make sure you are choosing the right size according to your measurements. If you are in between sizes, we recommend you ordering the size that fits your biggest measurement.
Cancelation Policy
For all in stock items, your order can be canceled at no charge 2 hours before processing. Anything after that and only BEFORE your order has shipped, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your amount paid.
Store credit
Your store credit can be used on any product and is valid for three months from issuance
