GENERAL SHIPPING TIMELINE FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS

• Free Domestic Ground Shipping: 6-12 business days
• International Shipping: 8-14 business days
• Alaska and Hawaii: 2 Day or Overnight Air are the only  available shipping options we can offer

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Most items on our website are in-stock and ready to ship; however, Quinceañera and Wedding gowns sometimes ship from international warehouses, this may take slightly longer to ship after processing.  We require the customer to provide us with their Wear Date in order to  prioritize shipping accordingly  

PRE ORDER ITEMS

 Some gowns are not available to ship immediately. Some Quinceañera and Wedding Gowns may need to be pre-ordered with at least 4 months in advance due to gown production. We require the customer to provide us with their Wear Date in order to  prioritize shipping accordingly. 

We receive the right to cancel any order if we cannot meet your wear date.
